Howdy Neighbors!

It was a weekend for visits from our neighbors. Saturday, Tom drove by in his dune buggy and stopped to take a look at our progress.

Later in the afternoon he came back with his wife, Susan and another neighbor, Brian. Royce and Greg were happy to have an excuse to take a well deserved break.

We showed them the treehouse book and our plans. Everyone seemed to love the idea.

Sunday afternoon, Fernando, Kathy, and their son, Fernie, stopped by to have a look. Nadine and Greg, who were out for an afternoon walk stopped in also to see what Royce and I had been doing all day. So we showed off our new treehouse floor.

It seems all the kids just love to climb up the scaffold. Fernie has no fear of heights.

Everyone climbed the stairs to get a birds-eye-view from the platform.
